Check List for successful delivery
The more concise delivery address and the better the packaging allows our drivers to efficiently and successfully delivery your goods. Do not send the item if the recievers information is not complete. An address problem only delays your delivery. What's worse?, spending 3 minutes checking the correct recievers information before dispatch, or spending hours checking delivery and then asking ANC to recify.
Spend a few extra minutes to make sure all is in order before you dispatch the item. Below is a simple list to consider before sending your goods.
* Do you have the complete delivery address, company name, receivers name, full address, including the phone number of the receiver?
* If a multi level building, do you have the level?
* Corners of intersections are not suitable as an address - usually there are 4 corners, street number and name are essential.
* Is the packaging stout and the item well secured in the packaging? - rattlers (items that move around in the packaging) are destined for damage.
* Being a recycler, have you removed all other labels and bar codes from that second hand box?
* No, do not cross out the old label and the bar code out – REMOVE or COVER it completely!
* Why? - bar code scanners do not care about a crossed out bar code, they still read the bar code.
* An old label with a line through it can still be interpreted as an address.
Do you have your item clearly labelled - why not print a label from our web site with all of the details of your booking, it will also have your retun address and other important information that will assist us to successfully deliver your goods.
