Urgent Courier takes priority over all standard consignments.

Standard Courier – when it just has to get there. Cheapest.

Normal delivery hours are 7am to 6pm. A minimum charge applies outside these hours. Bookings are open 24/7 online or call 13 20 88. All delivery services are provided under the Standard Condition of Contract.

Getting the best out of your courier service

Labels and addresses
Please make sure all labels are clear and addresses are correct, your delivery may be late if our driver has to search for the right address. Including the receiver’s name and phone number, if you know it, can be useful. If you are reusing packaging, please remove or obscure all old labels and any delivery instructions.

Packaging
All items should be appropriately packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition and do not endanger our drivers.
Items should not be loose in cartons (rattlers) and if they are to be carried or handled in a particular way these instructions should be on the packaging. Poorly packaged or labelled goods may be refused cartage.
